Treatment Overview

Our medication services are provided through private online consultations with a partner physician. After your consultation, eligible prescriptions can be arranged for clinic pickup or local delivery, including bike courier service in select central Tokyo areas.

Medication-based care can be a good fit when a patient wants a discreet treatment option supported by medical evaluation and practical follow-up. Each plan is individualized based on symptoms, overall health, current medications, and whether the treatment is appropriate for the patient.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Consultation Menu

Select the consultation or prescription menu that best fits your needs.

Pitonne offers physician guided online prescription services for selected treatments, including discreet and convenient options for clients who prefer remote care in Tokyo.

2. Submit Your Information

At the time of booking, we will ask you to provide the necessary information in advance, including:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Delivery address or clinic pickup preference
• Medical history
• Current medications
• Allergy information

This helps us prepare your consultation safely and efficiently.

3. Online Medical Consultation

You will complete an online medical consultation with our partner physician.

Based on your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals, the physician will determine whether a prescription is appropriate.

For follow up visits, re-examination fees are waived unless otherwise advised.

4. Payment

After your consultation, payment is completed by cashless payment, such as credit card.

Please note that delivery fees are charged separately for online prescription orders unless you choose clinic pickup.

5. Receive Your Medication

After payment is confirmed, your medication can be received in one of the following ways:

• Clinic pickup: Free of charge
• Within 5 km: ¥4,400
• 5-10 km: ¥6,600
• 10-20 km: ¥9,900
• Over 20 km: Please contact us

Delivery fees include bike courier delivery and handling fees.

Same day delivery may be available depending on your location and appointment time.
